Mr Sawyer was amazing from my initial consultations and through each step whether it be by phone, email or personal consultation. Himself & Claire could not do enough to put my mind at ease through every step, and I immediately felt at ease and knew I had chosen the perfect care for myself. I am so glad that I chose Mr Sawyer & I would not hesitate to choose him again, or recommend him & his team. His comforting bedside manner was so calming as I was quite anxious, but that soon passed. Mr Sawyer treated me for a BCC on the side of my nose, which needed to be removed and completed with a skin graft. The entire procedure was carried out at the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth. I found Mr Sawyer to be a very likeable person with a friendly, relaxed manor, being easy to talk to, giving me a full explanation of the procedure required. This made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence that the final outcome would be successful. The follow-up and aftercare has been excellent and I am now very pleased with the results, which therefore means I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I have have for a number of years considered eye lid surgery due to the excess skin I had on my eye lids. I think choosing to have surgery for anything is a scary thought, but this was made so much easier by the the relaxed and friendly approach of Adam Sawyer, and his lovely secretary Claire. Everything was made so easy and straightforward. They made me feel valued and listen too, not just another patient with a procedure to be done, but a person with real concerns. Despite being in a covid period, they managed to arrange a time and date for the procedure which suited me and my work. They even persuaded me to consider having the procedure under local, which was not only cheaper but quicker too. Im really glad I listened as it was so easy, the only discomfort was having the local put in, and then of course everything was numb in my eye area. Both Adam and the nurses talked to me through out the procedure and helped me to relax.. Straight after the procedure I could get up and walk, and of course look in the mirror. The difference was amazing and I have allowed Adam to have pictures if anyone wanted to see the immediate result. I was given antibiotic cream to put on my eyes to promote healing and had clear written instructions to go home with and a contact number if I needed further advice of had concerns. I have now had my follow up appointment, and am waiting for my final one in 6 months, although if was made clear to me that I could book an appointment at any time if I was worried about anything. I completely recommend both Adam and Claire to anyone who is considering having this procedure. I am delighted with the results which have on only taken years off me but also increase my field of vision.

This was the third procedure in two years that I have undertaken in Adam’s extremely capable and skilful hands so it was an obvious choice that I should consult Adan again. I have previously had a tummy tuck and upper arm reductions which were both extremely successful. My husband attends all appointments with me and we have built a very good rapport with a great amount of respect and confidence in Adam. His friendly approach and attention to detail has always been very reassuring. He explained every step of the procedure from the outcome expectations to the possible pain levels (if any) in an uncomplicated way and has always phoned me to check up on my recovery and to reassure me that “all went well” during surgery. Not only has Adam and his team made me look like a ‘new woman’ but has also helped my confidence and self- assurance no end.

My experience with Mr Sawyer was fantastic from start to finish. I booked in for a breast augmentation after having my 2nd child, but was really worried that I might be disappointed with the final outcome. Mr Sawyer really listened to what I did and did not want and gave me sound advice as to how we should proceed. I am now 2 months post op and am thrilled with the results. Mr Sawyer is friendly, informative and really listens to what you want to achieve as a patient and I would 100% recommend him to someone who was looking to have the same/similar procedure to myself. I would also like to add that his Private Secretary Claire is also super friendly and helpful should you need anything.
